La importancia del compromiso estudiantil en videos educativos: una revisión bibliométrica

El video educativo como recurso didáctico recobró terreno desde la Segunda Guerra Mundial; sin embargo, con el avance de las tecnologías digitales en la sociedad, ganó evidencia en diferentes herramientas, plataformas y redes sociales, lo que generó el uso en el salón de clase para ampliar el aprendizaje de diversos contenidos. Así, el objetivo de esta investigación, en la literatura reciente, es investigar las principales características de los videos para involucrar a los estudiantes. En este contexto, el trabajo presenta una revisión de carácter descriptivo de la literatura internacional reciente, desde el año 2014. Con un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de los datos, al utilizar el Paquete Bibliometrix del software R y el software Cmap Tools, presentando-se, de forma general, los principales conceptos sobre video educativo, involucramiento y las características de un video educativo que pueden potenciar el compromiso de los alumnos y, aún, se muestra dónde esos estudios se están desarrollando en el mundo.
