Abstract

Com a gravidez precoce as jovens abandonam ou interrompem seu
projeto de vida, geralmente param de estudar. Essa realidade é maior e mais
grave nas populações mais carentes, devido ao baixo nível de informação e à falta de orientação sexual em casa. Depois de investigar o nível de informação dos alunos sobre sexualidade, decidiu-se ampliar o conhecimento dos mesmos abordando os temas: Prejuízos causados pela gravidez na adolescência, métodos contraceptivos e doenças sexualmente transmissíveis. Conclui-se que o conhecimento dos assuntos abordados pode influenciar no comportamento dos educandos, contribuindo para uma melhor qualidade de vida.
