The present work is a report of a pedagogical experience of an Integrated Seminar carried out in the scope of an Integrated High School in Environmental Control Technician Course. The proposed work took place in an interdisciplinary way involving five disciplines. The theoretical and methodological perspectives that supported the work developed were studies on integrated high school education with active strategies based on the methodology of contextualization of learning. The work was carried out throughout 2021 with two first-year classes and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was carried out entirely in the emergency mode of remote learning. At the end of the reflection, the importance of interdisciplinary work and the role of young people in the construction of a more democratic education is pointed out.
