Pedagogical mediation in a continuing education course for basic education teachers

This experience report aims to present a pedagogical mediation experience developed in a continuing education course for basic education teachers. This is a part of master's research, with a qualitative, observational, and descriptive approach in which proposals are developed to guide active methodologies for teaching and learning processes, which materialize into concrete, specific and differentiated strategies, and approaches. The results of the implementation of these proposals: a) the importance of planning for the development of the mediated class, b) the challenges of encouraging autonomy in an educational process, c) the importance of the emphasis given to strategies carried out in groups, thus resulting in interaction between participants, d) encouraging the use of active methodologies; e) encouraging the use of digital technologies in continuing education courses for teachers.
