Abstract

This work presents a research carried out with the objective of understanding the impact of Storytelling as an educational strategy in the context of the Administrative Assistant course, industrial learning modality, taught at the Professional Training Center SENAI Porto Alegre. The methodology adopted included an exploratory narrative literature review, followed by a data collection survey to explore the connections between theory and practice. Twenty-six students participated in the experiment, which consisted of developing a project, but with two different approaches: one focused on essentially technical-based guidance and the other applying Storytelling methods. Students' engagement and motivation were analyzed as indicators of the effectiveness of the educational strategy.

Graduada em Administração de Empresas pela Universidade do Norte do Paraná, com MBA em Gestão de Contabilidade e Finanças Empresariais e especialização em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica pelo Instituto Federal Sul-rio-grandense. Atualmente, é graduanda em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas pelo mesmo instituto e mestranda em Sistemas e Processos Agroindustriais na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG).
