Uso do teatro e ambiente virtual Google Classroom como instrumentos de mediação da aprendizagem no ensino de Química

Abstract

This study presents a research that uses the theater and the Google Classroom virtual learning environment to produce a more fun, dynamic, contextualized teaching of Chemistry and consequently making the learning of the contents of this curricular component in high school more effective. The methodology presents a sequence of actions, such as: application of students' perception questionnaire about teaching Chemistry, preparation and presentation of plays by students, discussion of the concepts covered in the plays in the Google Classroom virtual classroom, application of final questionnaire on the impact of the methodology on learning. The results showed that the use of theater and the virtual environment can promote a more collaborative, contextualized and creative teaching of Chemistry, in which students became protagonists in the learning process. There was also evidence of acceptance of the use of theater as a pedagogical tool for learning Chemistry content in a more critical, reflective way, making these contents more contextualized with the students' daily lives.
