Abstract

This article brings in its scope an analysis of the work challenges of the Pedagogical Advisory Sector (SAP), of the Federal Institute of Education Science and Technology Farroupilha, Campus São Vicente do SUL (IFFAR / SVS). The analysis reported here refers to the work developed with teachers and students of the 1st year of the Integrated Food Course to High School (1st year CAIM), during the first semester of 2020, against the pandemic COVID-19. It seeks to contextualize the path taken, through the MEC ordinances for the effectiveness of remote classes. The percentages referring to students' access to classes through digital technologies are presented. The methodology used was a qualitative approach and was based on materials prepared by the academic community of that class and by official documents from the Ministry of Education, National and State Councils of Education.
