Abstract

Through dialogues with students from a Federal Institute of Education we aim to comprehend the aspects of the professional formation and the constitutional process of the teaching identities via participation in a Pedagogical Residency Program, applied in public schools in a pandemic context of distance learning. The dialogues were established by open and semi-structured interviews as they were transcribed and analyzed through the Collective Subject Discourse methodology that enables the construction of speech-síntheses that represent the similar thought of a collectivity. The research verified the contrast between academic studies about the adoption of hybrid teaching and the use of active methodologies in a compatible academic reality and the possible practice, inserted in a precarious social context where the use of the technological possibility doesn't happen in an efficient in a uniform way. We proved that besides the difficulties that were reported, the future teacher was shown to be determined, concerned, and dedicated to the process of teaching and learning.

Doutor em Educação e Ciências pela FURG (2017), Mestre em Ciência da Computação pela UFRGS (2002), Especialista em Ciência da Computação pela UCPel (1999), Graduado em Engenharia Elétrica pela UCPel (1995). Professor do Ensino Básico, Técnico e Tecnológico do IFSul. Desenvolve pesquisa na área de Educação, com ênfase em Tecnologias Educacionais, Informática na Educação, Educação a Distância e Gestão da Educação Mediada por Tecnologia.
