Projeto conceitual de uma máquina para conformar canteiros e distribuir fertilizantes orgânicos

Abstract

Family farming is responsible for an important portion of Brazilian agricultural production, however it has difficulties in acquiring machines suitable for its needs. In interviews with family farmers in Rio Grande do Sul, the need for a machine capable of conform planting beds and depositing organic fertilizer was detected. The objective of the work was to design the conception of a mechanized system capable of shaping construction sites and depositing organic fertilizer with a power requirement of less than 25kW. The Phases Model design methodology was used, which is divided into four phases, composed of several tasks. As a result of the application of the methodology, four conceptions were obtained, after application of the decision matrix of the conceptions, a conception was determined for the optimization process, subsequently obtaining the one considered ideal to meet the needs of farmers.
